Street.Fit is an outdoor training. It is basically a workout session outside.
You will train in a forest, on a playground, in a parc, close to the lake, on the grass or on the asphalt.
You will use benches, car stoppers, stairs, stones or trees.
You will do gentle runs, squats, push-ups, jumping-jacks, sprints, planks, burpees, mountain climbers, abs exercices and much more. No training will be the same.
Each exercise will be adapted to different levels. Sometimes it will hurt and burn. And you will sweat. But you will keep smiling :)
Maybe you won’t like me at some moments. But I promise you that you will leave the training with a very fulfilling feeling of accomplishment.
All levels are welcome to join Street.Fit: from beginners to confirmed athletes!
